Return, refund and Exchange policy: Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on unopened and unused products purchased through www.shea-kares.com and within 30 days of original purchase date.
Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.
Cancellation policy: Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. So, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us via info@shea-kares.com or shea.kares@gmail.com. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
Refunds (if applicable): One your return is received, processed, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, at which point we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved and processed, within fourteen (14) business days, you will receive credit for your purchase.
Exchanges: We only replace products if they are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same/right item, send us an email at info@shea-kares.com.
Sale items: Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shea-kares.com.
